Me and my partner spend money about 4 times a week in this place sometimes I send 45 min sitting there but I spend money and they complain but yet I seen a drunk that sits in the corner everyday without spending a cent and then the Manger Mrs odalis tell us this isn't a hang out spot top it off seen the drunk behind the counters helping her clean and she giving him all left overs

Food quality is nothing to write home about,taste is barely passible.Try to use the drive thru if you come to this location,there is always an unsavory element constantly loitering in the dining area,they are not there to eat, but are there for handouts from customers and management and are simply there to cause trouble.

Horrible customer service by far in this establishment. Every single time I come there's a problem or the employees are constantly treating you disrespectfully or not helping. Today by far has been my worse experience yet, as a high paying tax and city advocate, I don't believe it's right for an employee when being asked why I'm being charged almost 10 dollars extra for something I didn't order and have them start screaming and telling me "whatever to leave." The only person who actually runs this place by themselves and treats you well would be the manager of the store. I highly suggest for this location to be checked by HR and corporate or I will find a way to have the city look into this matter. Not only myself, but for other customers to be screamed at?Thank you.

This place really needs to be checked by corporate office , the food is terrible it's has either been fried & seating for a long time . The chicken was very greasy.The place is run down the ceiling is all stain with leaks, your are hoping it doesn't fall on you while you're eating. They keep their air conditioning frozen very uncomfortable to eat in a freezer type atmosphere, only one other customer inside when we were there & they also complain.Service was not the best , they need people skills.I don't understand why they haven't remolded this Kentucky Fried Chicken .It really looks neglected.

I didn't get my full order! Staff were pleasant when I ordered 2 take out meals. But I only discovered that my order was missing items when I got home!I recommend you check your order before leaving the restaurant.

Prices have gone up so drastically about 70%. There is no longer popcorn chicken available. The Famous Bowl only has 5 pieces of nuggets, mash potatoes, corn, and gravy for $7.99. Side dishes are at $1.99. KFC isn't any longer affordable and even more expensive than their competitors.Parking: About 6 parking spaces by the front doors.

Ordered for takeout and it was prepared so long. The customer service is bad and staff is so unbothered about me waiting for too long. The food was not packed properly and mashed potato was already spill when arrived at home. They also give less gravy.
