Our reservation was at 7:30 PM. Even during this timeframe, the music was quite loud and got even louder as the evening continued. If your ears are sensitive, I would not recommend this restaurant as the music is extremely loud. Additionally, we had to ask for dinner menus, the picture lady was rude, and a noted birthday was not acknowledged. Thankfully the food was good - note, the portions are huge and we could have split an entree.
The inside is great, until you see the people, the service, the food, the noise level. This place is for people who just care about taking pictures and spending the most amount of money you can on food that is genuinely not good and to be in a place where you can't hear the person yelling right next to you. There is an automatic 22% gratuity, which makes sense if you look at the average customer, but this in turn makes the staff utterly useless. There had to have been over 100 floor staff whilst it took 25 minutes to get a glass of wine, just for our server to act rude and blame my wife. I am astounded that there are people who willingly go here more than once. So yes if you like spending your entire dollar general paycheck here so you can take pictures to post on Instagram it's the best place in the world, you will be with people just like you.
Great food, lamb chops were amazing. Awesome restaurant to celebrate a birthday. The music was great as well. We had so much fun for my 22nd!
music venue and vibe are on point the food menu could be better quality especially for the price
The portions were on the larger side. Our party ordered the Salmon and the Chicken kabobs. When I ordered broccolini, someone from the kitchen came out to tell me directly that they ran out and offered to make me a different side dish. The service was outstanding, although it was hard to distinguish who was our server as multiple staff would attend to our table. We had a pleasant experience and it was a nice lowkey vibe on a Tuesday night. The food was delicious. I only drank wine so I can't speak to the cocktails but they had a variety of drinks on menu.
I had high hopes for Kiki on the River, but my recent experience was nothing short of a disaster. I made a reservation for a party of five through OpenTable to celebrate my wife's birthday, only to be told upon arrival that they had no record of our reservation. Despite showing them the confirmation, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, the manager mentioned that my wife's footwear did not meet their dress code because she was wearing flats. This was not only inappropriate but also discriminatory, as my wife requires flats due to a disability. The lack of understanding and accommodation was shocking. What was supposed to be a joyous celebration turned into a frustrating ordeal. The staff's inability to manage reservations and their insensitivity to our situation left a sour taste. I expected much more from a restaurant of this caliber. I would caution anyone considering Kiki on the River to be aware of their poor customer service and lack of inclusivity. We will not be returning.
Kiki is a great spot. I've gone many times and have an amazing time. Last night I went as part of a bachelorette party and the entire time we were rushed. The restaurant made too many reservations and were trying to filter people out as fast as possible. You were only allowed to order all your food at once and couldn't space courses out or add additional food if needed. We ordered a second round a drinks which never came and then the waiter was aggravated when we asked if we could have our second round. The food came out at fast food speed. I've never seen anything like it. The second a plate was finished it was removed and the waiters hovered over us trying to speed us up. We came to celebrate our bride to be and we were so disappointed. It's a shame because it's a great spot on the water with great music, but don't come here if you want to be rushed very rudely by all staff and managers. We were only a party of 6 I will add. We were not a very large party and our entire experience was soured from start to finish. Do better Kiki. This is not how you treat customers who pay TOP DOLLAR at your establishment only to be rushed the entire time and pushed out before we were even done with our second round of drinks that we had to remind our server to bring. Shame shame shame.
Took 1.5 hours to get our table. Got a drink at the bar while we waited and the bartender added an additional tip to my bill without my consent. The bills have automatic gratuity high is totally fine but I didn't give anything ontop of that. Signed the bill and got my CC statement...she added 10% tip. I will be investigating this further.
Had a reservation, arrived on time and took almost 2 hours to be seat, we ended up leaving. While waiting there was absolutely no where to stand and we kept being told to move everywhere we tried to stand.
Customer service was not great we got there at 430 and ordered our food at 520 and did not receive our food till 604. The table next to us got their food within 30 minutes. Also was my bday dinner and they didn't say happy bday or sing me happy bday. Has very high expectations and they did not succeed what I thought it would. I don't know if it was because we were freshly 21 and still young or what it was. Also they tried to give us a 300 dollar bill that was someone else's and almost got away with it.

Had a great time celebrating a birthday! Kiki is a great experience and party afterward. Would definitely recommend making a late reservation and staying for the party afterward!
Kiki has a piece of my heart. They are always consistent with food, service, and ambience.
Such a blast but very pricey. $50+ per plate of food and drinks $20+ dollars each. But it was such a party and a great time, tons of dancing and fun.
This establishment provides inadequate customer service and presented a bill of $1700 USD. Upon requesting my credit card, they did not have a machine readily available at the table. Subsequently, they requested my ID, to which I clearly stated my refusal to provide such personal information. It appears that this establishment may be engaging in unauthorized use of credit and ID information for illicit purposes. I advise exercising caution and vigilance in your dealings with them. The security measures in place and the behavior of the manager raise concerns. I am considering involving the authorities due to suspected fraudulent activities. It is advisable to avoid this establishment due to potential fraudulent behavior.
We had a good time! It was so pretty, we came for a bachelorette party! This was my second time here and it's still one of my favorite restaurants when I visit Miami
