For me personally, the environment is WAY too loud to enjoy a dinner. It is a club that serves food. It's beautiful but way too harsh. I will no be going back.
Unreal experience overall , staff was friendly , great ambience and large food portions. Cocktails were out of this world. I would recommend the “Zeus's Mule”, if you're a vodka drinker. The manager even sent a thank you email and a link to the VIP reservations which was much appreciated. They really know how to make the customers happy. From drinks to party, if you're in Miami, it's one of the Top Hot Spots !
Good venue, but if your plans are to have a nice dinner it's not the place, but the atmosphere and the music are great Go late and s better for enjoy the social and cultural live of Miami
“I have never felt more dismissed at a restaurant where I had a confirmed reservation. I arrived about 15 minutes late, but was assured my reservation still stood. Yet, an hour after my reservation time, we were still waiting while watching others get seated. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Every time we asked for an update, we were told, ‘just 15 more minutes,' over and over. If the table is no longer available, just be honest and say that — don't make guests stand around for an hour. On top of that, requiring a credit card hold for a reservation you never honor is absolutely unacceptable. This experience was beyond frustrating.
Despite arriving on time, the restaurant disregarded our reservation time. Consequently, we were compelled to wait for an excessive 90 minutes to secure a table.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit at KIKI. While the ambiance was truly amazing and the setting had great potential for a nice dining experience, the service fell far short. Staff were inattentive, unhelpful, and at times outright rude. It felt as though we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. The lack of basic hospitality made the entire experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, despite the great atmosphere, I won't be returning and can't recommend it based on the service alone. Kevin the “GM” was completely rude and careless of our concerns.
Not worth your time or money, made us wait for 1 1/2 and told us to leave if we didn't like it . Gladly took our money and left next door where the food and service was great.
Reservation was at 9:30 PM, we got there 15 minutes early. Manager didn't set us down until 10:30 PM! Manager had horrible attitude kept telling us 10 more minutes for an hour straight. They made us stand at the bar for an HOUR waiting with no compensation or a I'm sorry just a lie on “10 more minutes.” HORRIBLE MANAGER! Will never come here again!
My wife and I enjoyed our experience, a time was had by all. I can't recommend the lamp chops enough! The atmosphere and views 10 out of 10.

Great atmosphere for a Sunday , it was pretty packed. Would be great to drive the boat there. I hear it's a good place for brunch.

Best dinner party in Miami. I went with the girls last Friday and we had the best time. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was so fun and the music was amazing. Beautiful people everywhere. If you’re in Miami, you need to go by this place!

Super loud music & $40 for roast chicken dinner but I get it. Place is very trendy, great location on the river. Servers were attentive & very sweet. “Cavier” tarimisu was a highlight.
Really fun restaurant with a great vibe. Only knock is that the service seems to care more about what's good for them than their clients. Multiple times we had plates of food and drinks that were still half full get cleared away. When we said something about it, it was just a shrug with no apology or offer to replace anything. When cocktails cost $20-30 and plates of food can be $30-50, we want to be able to finish them and not have a server decide when we were done for us. Then the lack of an apology rubbed some of my guests the wrong way. But overall a really fun spot and the lamb chops are stellar.
The service was extremely poor. We were not even offered a friendly greeting. Every table around us was getting service but even with attempting to flag our server down, they kept walking right past our table. I have never felt so ignored. The food was also subpar for the price. I would also like to point out that the menu on Open table is not the menu provided. It is an extremely limited menu.
