Krispy Krunchy Chicken @ Smoke Unlimited Food Store

Everything was wrong with my order. I ordered 2 LARGE sides, mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Besides the food being disgusting and cold, the containers were only filled a quarter of the way. Probably enough for 3 bites.I ordered a 3 piece fried chicken meal. They gave me a chicken TENDER as one of my pieces.My bottle of Sprite was flat.None of the pictures on Doordash were of the actual food at this establishment, but food from another restaurant. The biscuits are different, they do not have steak fries.No napkins, no silverware were provided.

I love it

I placed an order through grubhub for pick up and the person behind the counter would not give me my order bc she clearly does not know how the pick up transaction works. I presented my receipts and confirmation number, yet she never surrendered my order and I was forced to go on grubhub and ask for a refund. Such an inconvenience caused by incompetent ignorance. The back of house kitchen area looks dirty too.
