We loved this place, incredibly good value yummy food. We had full breakfast, dinners, pastries and take out empanadas of various kinds, all were great. It’s also surprisingly clean, staff are friendly and efficient. This is where the locals eat, so no English, but we did fine pointing at menu and gesticulating. Highly recommend!

We visited here while spending a few days in Miami and it was great! The food was tasty and the atmosphere was relaxing. They had some really neat tables and Cuban memorabilia. The hostess was also incredibly sweet! We definitely want to make this a regular spot when we come back.

I appreciated my visit here !The staff is friendly and nice. But note, they are mostly Spanish speaking ! It seems there is always someone around who speak English.I was here around 3PM, the place was not too crowded. I sat inside at the counter and shortly somebody handed me the menue. Same for taking my order.I asked about their ''house'' sandwich: Sandwich Pan Con Bistec. It is 8$.It took about five minutes from ordering until I got served. It was well draped and presented on a schist plate.The sandwich itself tasted pretty good. It is served together with lettuce, tomatoes, the steak and I believe pickles. For my personal taste I was missing onions ! (Also a slightly thicker piece of beef but not a must).As being a baker i note a little downside : the bread is drying a little fast for my taste. But I noticed this several times yet with the Cuban bread. It’s probably it’s characteristic.Also : if you’re enthousiast of good coffee, don’t leave without having a colada ! (1,75$).Where I sat, it is at the disposal of the customer to help himself with sauces : pepper/chili/spicy, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Also vinegar, salt & grinder pepper. And napkins !I appreciate how simple and down to earth this place is. It’s light, small, but ´authentic’ nice. Their playing some (probably?!) Cuban or Spanish speaking music.The restrooms are clean.Since I had a good & tasty experience I would recommend coming here !
