On December 31st at 1am I went to the Cuban pizza restaurant I ordered 2 empanadas to take away that were on the counter, one with meat and one with cheese, the meat empanada was decomposed, that is, it was damaged when I bit it, the taste was horrible, it was rotten, be more careful because that can poison a person. I thought about bringing the empanadas the next day and filing a complaint, but I thought they wouldn't open the store on January 3rd.

My husband and I bought two cheese pizzas to take away, when we got home and opened the boxes and saw that thing, it didn't look like pizza, I guess it's a piece of previously cooked dough that they put cheese on top of, they melted it in the microwave and They sell that to you through Pizza Cubana. I don't think the baking process was present because otherwise the cheese on top would brown somewhere. I don't understand why they do things like that, why they scam the consumer like that, they buy a business like that so centrally located where the successful Montes de Oca was for years and they sell this garbage. I never plan to return to that place again, I hope they reflect and improve the quality and preparation of the products they sell. Honor the name they have and sell an authentic and original Cuban Pizza, not bread with cheese.

Today, after several years, I stopped by to order a cream cheese and after 10 minutes ringing a bell, a woman came out who had been sitting and had seen me since I arrived. I thought it was a client.
They served me a cold and sour and super thick horrible cream to take away. Another big surprise, there was no cutlery. Wow, what a detail!
That place should close if it does not offer a necessary service and respect for people.
The cream was for my 87 year old mother.
Thank God the unpleasant smell caught my attention before she ate it.
It's a shame and they better close it. Anyway, with people like that I don't think they'll last long in business.
