Prices are ridiculously over priced. They sat us in the back hallway by the bathrooms. All the entertainment is in front where the rest of the restaurant was seated. There shouldn't even be seating back there. We had 3 groups and we weren't sitting anywhere near them after they told us to book that way and we would be seated close by. Will never go back there again!

We had a nice night, but felt the restaurant was ok. Lovely staff, food was oversalted. We were also told that despite our booking saying we had 2 hours, they had changed it, and we needed to be out in 1.5 hours. Not worth going back. We felt rushed, and it was nothing special.

Never received our food after waiting for an hour. Plenty of tables that were seated AFTER mine, got their entire meal. As my party of 6 never got anything besides appetizers salad

Went on a Friday made a reservation for $100 fee, restaurant was empty, sat us at a bar table when the entire restaurant was empty , when I made reservation I wanted a birthday marquis and sparklers and the hostess said it was available with the desert trio, only reason I made the reservation , waitress told me no, only if we get a bottle , service was poor , food was ok not great but way overpriced for what it is, then the waitress tried pulling a scam with the check by not providing itemized just reading it off to me when I asked if it included gratuity she said no there is a service fee that the restaurant shares I said what perfect she said I don't know I could try to calculate it, but anything I tip will go directly to her she said ....i owned a restaurant and I promise you every server and foh employee knows exactly what the percentages are. Anyway I am well aware of the south beach gratuity scam and was not happy the way she tried to be deceptive about it . Don't waste your time or money plenty of other better options out there. Oh the hostess also told me they had entertainment at 8pm and they had nothing

I love the ambience of the restaurant and the music was good. The food was decent. My biggest issue here was that we felt rushed to finish the meal. We waited a long time for the main course and in the middle of the main course they brought out our dessert. Mind you the dessert was ice cream and by the time we were ready to eat the it the ice cream was melted. And for the record, I'm personally a fast eater. Would I recommend this place maybe but I'd need to give them another shot.

Food is very bland. Ordered a steak medium well came out well done. Wings were good. Service is trash. More like a pregame spot with good drinks. All they need is hookah. Definitely not a steakhouse.

The food was great! The service was not. My husband and I made reservations and only outside was available. So we sat there and a lot of people came out so he asked about an inside seat. The tall gentleman seemed to be accommodating but the female hostess was very rude! As we sat there we saw her turn away some for sandals and not others.
We loved it here but a few things to note. I was thinking it was a regular steakhouse and my husband and I went with our toddler. Luckily we sat outside and that was lovely. Service was great and the food was amazing. Inside was very very cool but they do have music playing and performers which was great to check out for a minute but it was nice to sit back at our regular table. Would highly recommend!

My reservation for a bday when I booked reservations. The server didn't even know. The service was so bad. The food was ok. I would not recommend this place. Spent $400. Not worth it.

We made a reservation for 8:30 pm it was after 9pm still no table. The manager (a Spanish women) Very rude, very uncaring & extremely bad attitude told us that everyone has to wait no matter what & she didn't have a time fair of how much longer we would have to wait until we would be seated, however the deposit was already refunded so we can go! Never in my life has someone in upper management spoken or conducted themselves that way. For us to come out & spend good money on food that's not even good & treated this way is beyond me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY ITS REALLY NOT WORTH IT.
I've been to playa before for dinner it was really good but for my birthday decided to do brunch and it wasn't what I expected, the steak compared to rubber, the shrimp and grits were cold, the waitress seemed confused with our order and there wasn't even anyone else there at 1230pm! Overall brunch wasn't good.

Have a shell fish allergy. When I asked my waiter she said they didn't cook what I ordered in the same oil as seafood. Then came back and said they did. Then I asked for the check and couple times, she come back 5mins later asking did we want the check. Like I was really confused
