I vacationed in Miami few month ago and almost every morning had a breakfast there. The food was always good especially croissants. The prices is not expensive too. That's why I give five stars.

I used to enjoy this place somewhat, but the last two times I've gone (including this morning) I received stale bread with my eggs. It's pathetic that a self-described bakery would serve stale bread. Brickell really could use another casual breakfast spot... too bad Deli Lane closed a couple years ago.

As someone who has lived in brickell for over 5 years, and consistently giving this place a chance for breakfast/brunch, it always seems to dissapoint. I find it incredible how they always tend let me down, not with not only their food, the service is bad and it's overpriced. This is an "artisanal french bakery", it's ridiculous how they are always lacking the main ingredients to call themselves a French Bakery. Today they don't have CIABATTA BREAD! I wanted to get tHe Prosciutto Manchego Pesto Sandwich with Ciabatta Bread. With this lack of bread, I ended up ordering something new, as to see if they are able to make something right this time. I ordered the Chicken Avocado Wrap, thinking to myself how hard it would be to mess this up. Well they exceeded all expecations, they should change that wrap name to "Salad Wrap with a side of chicken and a Salt Bae drop of Avocado". You think I'm kidding? I wish I was, as you can see from the uploaded picture how this one looked like. The 2 sad pieces of chicken, which tasted like that Perdue frozen chicken you buy at your local Publix store makes me feel vindicated of writing this awful review. And please send me a message if you find the avocado, it's been missing for quite some time and has me worried. I'm paying a reward whoever finds it. Nonetheless, it comes to no surprise that I choose to never come back to this place and will make sure everyone I know avoids it too. If I can give any suggestions, I would probably say this: go to Publix or your local market store. Buy the ingredients and food to make at your own place, save yourself some money and also from this "Artis anal French Bakery":

The picture attached is the bottom of the turkey and cheese croissant sandwich I ordered. 4.50$ for this is way overpriced to begin with because it's tiny. My boyfriends sandwich was just as burned. We also ordered two desserts. His seemed to be fine but my "flourless chocolate cake" just tasted like bad fudge. Threw it away after two bites. Not to mention it took 15 minutes to get our order. Will not be going back. Will not recommend.

A big fat meh. Slow, insufficient selection, and not enough employees. No cachitos de jamon? Totally disorganized. Literally clueless. Anyway, avoid this place.

This used to be our "Go To" place for a quick bite. The last time we ordered the the Manchego Pesto sandwich, we made it all the way home before realizing they didn't put any Pesto nor did they put it in the bag to add ourselves. Frustrated, we went back and they said, "we don't have any" which I understand can happen, but if they knew, they should let the customer know. Today, I decided to give it another try bc I really enjoy this sandwich. Bad move. I arrived and ordered two sandwiches and the lady convinces me to make them combos because I can get chips and a drink with it. I said I wanted a coffee and her response was that I can make that my "drink" for the combo. So I agreed, paid and proceeded to grab some chips, until I notice there aren't any and I ask where the chips she just offered me are and she says, "we don't have chips. But here, I'll give you a piece of bread instead." Why on earth would I want MORE bread to go with my already giant bread that is my sandwich? So she puts the bread in a bag and I just went with it because I didn't think it was worth making a ruckus over (nonexistent) chips. My name is finally called and I decided to check the bags to make sure there's Pesto this time....NOPE, NO PESTO. I asked where it was and she says, "oops." I also noticed that my "vanilla lattes" looked like regular brew with a layer of syrup at the bottom of the cup. (FYI, it's supposed to have milk or cream) and sure enough, it tastes like pure syrup. I'm so unhappy with this bakery, for the second time in a row. Oh, and to top it off, she charged me an extra $1.50 for making it vanilla flavored and the bread she put in a bag is probably from last week bc it's rock solid.

Gets 1 star based on convenience for being located inside my building. Meh eggs for breakfast and meh turkey sandwich that was 90% bread. Good place to come if its raining outside and you want something passable to eat and decent desserts. Aside from that, nothing special.

One of my go-to weekend study spots in Brickell. When it comes to spacious cafes, Brickell is really lacking. But La Provence is about 3 times the size of Starbucks, has WiFi, and emits a charming urban suburban atmosphere- the kind you can be productive in but also feel relaxed. In the afternoon (I think it's after 3pm), they have a pastry and coffee deal that's usually my reward for my weekend productivity. As a French bakery, they have a large selection of pastries and desserts. They're nothing spectacular but they good and perhaps more importantly there's just something about the place as a whole that makes me feel like it could be the Central Perk of Brickell.
