Bought something and couldnt eat it because of a religious dietary restriction. Emanual replaced it with his best selling product for free. 10/10

One of my favorite weekend rituals is to swing by the La Suiza car. Their music is always the perfect and their coffees are always meticulously made. The staff is always polite and smiling. Thank you for the consistent service and great drinks (and baked goods, haha)!

Profiteroles aren't fresh.

It's not even real profiteroles. Normally they would be in a bowl with thick but runny chocolate. Almost pudding style. It would also normally have a pastry cream or fresh cream.

Their profiteroles are completely different. First of all it's not in a bowl. It's sitting on a cookie or phyllo dough.
The choux pastry is not fresh. It smells like a refrigerator.
The chocolate on it is a very thick almost icing like consistency.
The cream inside is also very thick and heavy. It's not giving you the fresh feeling.

Overall i wouldn't come here for misrepresented food and stale ingredients.

The best pastry shop I know, the atmosphere, the attention and the quality of the sweets is superlative.

I recently visited La Suiza and was blown away by their tres leches cake—moist, rich, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. The cheesecake was a bit of a letdown, as it was drier than expected and lacked the creamy texture I look for. Despite that, the bakery’s welcoming atmosphere and standout tres leches make it worth a visit.
