I would recommed trying coffee substitute s like chicroy and roasted dandelion roots .. may work in some locations amd will further separate your brand from the national brands

Raccoon Coffee & Kitchen in Edgewater is a beloved spot for coffee and meals. Although the location in a parking lot might detract from the ambience, the quality of food and service more than makes up for it. The pastries, including guava and cheese, and apple croissants, are always fresh and often sell out. While some visitors prefer other places for Matcha, many love the Dirty Chai. This spot is also great for remote work when the weather is nice, though it can get busy during peak breakfast hours, so guests should be prepared to wait.
