So not 1 person speaks English there They dont have pepperoni cheese bread on app so frustrating!

Fantastic Hot and Ready cheese pizza from a lovely lady at the counter who was genuinely nice. Couldn't ask for more!

Ordered crazy bread on the app for $3, when I went to pick them up they were ready in the kiosk. I peeked in the bag and the bread looked like it didn’t have any cheese. I asked the employee at the register to please add cheese to make it look like they are supposed to look. I saw her trying to use google translate to communicate with me in English so we had the conversation in Spanish. She explained to me she would need to charge me extra for additional cheese and then proceeded to ring me for $2. I refused to pay an extra $2 to get the breadsticks made the way they were supposed to be made to begin with. I walked out with the breadsticks and then called the store from my car to see if there was a manager on duty that I could speak to. There was no manager on duty and when I asked the team they were not willing to give me their names or the name of the manager, stating that it was against company policy. In the end they refunded the order and they went in the trash.

I ordered 2 Pizzas for delivery and I forgot to make it a party cut instead of regular. I called about 3 minutes after the order to make sure they had time to adjust. The person who answered the phone was clueless, and the manager didn’t speak a lick of English. Ultimately she didn’t even understand the request (even after the employee on the phone translated it to Spanish) so the person who answered the phone just told me it couldn’t be done, it will be a next time thing in a condescending tone. Mind you this was a simple request that didn’t change the price nor the preparation of the order. I just wanted it to simply be cut a different way. I fail to understand how an establishment that is a commercial chain founded, operated, and based in the lower 48 states of the United States of America has a manager that cannot speak any English. Hire better workers and more competent ones. I won’t be ordering from this location again. If it wasn’t for the pizza being good I would’ve dropped this review to 1 star.

This little Caesar’s sucks! The lady I spoke to doesn’t speak a lick of English and was rude. Btw, they are running an illegal scam as she tried to charge me a second sales tax on top of the 7% MDC sales tax - stay away!

This is the worst pizza joint I ever went to. A staff that does not speak a lick of English. Rude, and you can see no pride in what they do. I had the pepperoni cup pies. It brings 4 in a box. 1 was collapsed and had no sauce. Tried another one had sauce but had a funny taste. The other 2 had no sauce. Horrible I will never go to this pizzeria again.

Horrible if I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered on doordash and it showed 20-30 minute wait bur im writing this still waiting for my food an hour later and im trying to contact them and no one answers the phone. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes with no reaponse. Horrible customer service.

Little Caesars has always been the quickest pizza establishment where you can walk out with a decent pizza in minutes. However, this location has decided to hire terrible employees who 1. Don’t speak English, 2. Have no customer service skills and 3. Have decided to not follow food safety protocols. I just got home to a rock solid pizza that has clearly been sitting there for hours. It makes me wonder what other corners they’re cutting in the kitchen. I called in to address the issue and a very rude person named Yoalis said I should have checked it myself, so basically, I should now be doing her job. I now see that there are other reviews with similar experiences so since the manager doesn’t care I’m calling the DBPR. Old cutler deserves a good pizza establishment. Do not eat here.
