Little Caesars Pizza

This is the worst pizza joint I ever went to. A staff that does not speak a lick of English. Rude, and you can see no pride in what they do. I had the pepperoni cup pies. It brings 4 in a box. 1 was collapsed and had no sauce. Tried another one had sauce but had a funny taste. The other 2 had no sauce. Horrible I will never go to this pizzeria again.

Horrible if I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered on doordash and it showed 20-30 minute wait bur im writing this still waiting for my food an hour later and im trying to contact them and no one answers the phone. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes with no reaponse. Horrible customer service.

Little Caesars has always been the quickest pizza establishment where you can walk out with a decent pizza in minutes. However, this location has decided to hire terrible employees who 1. Don’t speak English, 2. Have no customer service skills and 3. Have decided to not follow food safety protocols. I just got home to a rock solid pizza that has clearly been sitting there for hours. It makes me wonder what other corners they’re cutting in the kitchen. I called in to address the issue and a very rude person named Yoalis said I should have checked it myself, so basically, I should now be doing her job. I now see that there are other reviews with similar experiences so since the manager doesn’t care I’m calling the DBPR. Old cutler deserves a good pizza establishment. Do not eat here.

The manager who running this place is super oblivious to how the store being
Operated. The workers are barely in the front. Online is always 30 minute delayed from what the app tells you. There’s a line of customers that needs attending, but you Conversations in the kitchen that doesn’t paint a good picture. I usually place my order online, but With this location it looks like The workers here are not even putting anything in the system or updating the order so you still have to go in and wait a long time to catch one of the workers attention they do not respond to people calling them In the front And seen Annoyed that you interrupted them because you’re trying to get your pizza that you paid for. This location has no structure and does not train their employee with the basic customer service that it takes A small piece of joint it’s not hard nevertheless the Manager in this location Is not good and was all due respect, managing that store horrendously. I a lot of my friends come here and most of them are the chillest people but when they come to this Location they have to turn full Karen mode because if not, the employees will not get them their pizza

I try to tell them that I want a $5 pizza and they didn't understand English. I hate that and it gets me agitated. This is the USA,not any of these Latin American countries. I won't go back. I rather go Pizza Hut or Domino's

The quality of the pizzas decrease around 80% , the dought is dry , has no taste. My recomendetion... Buy in Pizza hot.

Been going there for 18 years and never had I experienced something like this. I was returning 2 pizza that I had just bought because they were given to me old and stale. As I requested to have the redone the guy working there got really mad at me for returning them. As I saw the attitude he was giving me I requested to speak to a manager. He replied that they didn’t have one. So I agreed to just wait for the new pizzas to be done. The guy walks to the back where there were to other females working doing pizzas. And they started to laugh and talk about my exchange. I just stood quiet and decided I was gonna contact corporate and let them know about this horrible experience. Then I noticed they were all with their Cel phone in hand and while they were touching their hair and pants when they decided to take out the pizza with no glove nor washing their hand. I stated to them along with the other customers that were in the store that that was not safe nor correct. That’s when the guy employee started to call me all type of name a started to get aggressive with me and started to hit the equipments behind the counter when then he came bad and hit the side of my head with two pizza boxes. Management did nothing to assist with the situation they actually said they didn’t have a manager which is a lie. I was able to record him hitting the things inside the store and screaming.

Little Ceasars, all the way! Great for Friday night pizza parties and the Italian Cheese Bread is bomb. Thin & Crispy is bomb. Pretzle stuff crust is bomb. It's some good pizza for a good price. Wish the Italian Bread included the marinara sauce. I recommend adding it to your order if you get the Italian Cheese Bread. This is the only place that is still affordable. I have replaced McDonald's with Little Ceasars because McDonald's is trying to rival Applebee's on price unfortunately McDonald's food tastes like seasoned cardboard.
