Low key, retro, old school feel. They had a old school television with the VCR and a bunch of cassettes. My son was intrigued by it, he was able to eject the tape and put it back in. It was nostalgic for me. The food was good, came out quick enough. The staff was attentive and very nice. They have a bar area to sit and enjoy cocktails with a low ambiance. Parking is the only mission, its the grove after all!

Lokal is a great spot when you are in the mood for a proper, satisfying burger. The hamburgers are excellent, juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The fried chicken burger is also a standout, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. It’s the kind of food that truly hits the spot when you want something indulgent and comforting.

The place itself is very casual, relaxed, and unpretentious. It’s not trying...

Was very exited to come back because burgers are delicious but they added 20% of gratuity for party of 2 and charged us $1 for water we never asked for. I had no problem paying that but I don’t think I’ll be coming back there.
