What an experience! Londoños is such a gem, hidden behind the Falls, they act as a distributor and mini coffee shop. Their coffee was terrific and their service even better.
Their espresso, you will find, is acidic. Yes, the owner explained it to me and as someone that only drinks coffee but knows nothing of the chemistry this fact was very fascinating to me haha. The latte I tried was also delicious and because the coffee is on the acidic end the bitterness that is usually found in coffee was nowhere in sight.
Overall this was such a great experience and I would love to invite more people to visit their shop and buy coffee from them directly.
