There are certain experiences that lead to conclusions about the true ethos of a restaurant: I took my wife for her birthday on a random Tuesday, we were the only customers, nothing special or extra (Small slice of cake? A shot?), just a courteously worded "congratulations" from the staff. Sure, the food is great, and the staff professional, but come on Gordon, maybe take a hint from common decency and look at your customers not as ATM machines to give you money, but...
As usual Gordon Ramsay nailed it, from the moment you walk in to our service given by Jasmine, I had the Duck, it was beyond any of my expectations. We will continue our quest in dining at all his restaurants all over the world. Thanks Gordon for your passion for food and excellent service.
