Wine was good, expensive, but good.

Issue lies with the food - made to order dishes like the Charcuterie “Nachos” (potato chips with a few slices of spec, squirted cheese), croquetas, and sliders were overwhelmingly mediocre.

No you can’t have a charcuterie board made to order, grab the individual slices of chorizo and cheese, $8/piece out of the fridge and have at it. $8 a slice, WHAT?!

Ambience is the best part, felt mostly empty (went Wednesday night so expected). Great spot in the Grove.

15% auto tip for no service.

I will be going to other wine bars.

Visited on a Friday night, they have a great concept, but their wine selection is limited, overpriced as their food.

I’m a sucker for caviar so naturally I had to try out this cute little gem in coconut grove. It did not disappoint. I got the caviar chicken nuggets and the caviar glizzy (hot dog) and they both were delicious! I do think the chicken nuggets could’ve used a little more caviar, but overall everything tasted better than I thought it would. I had heard people complain about the prices here but I wanted to try for myself (if you like caviar, then you know it is equally as expensive at any other restaurant in Miami) …. If you’re not looking to spend $35 on 5 caviar nuggets then this is probably not the spot for you. But I personally thought it was worth it. Everyone who works there was super nice and would check in to make sure you were enjoying the food. The venue is very aesthetic and is the perfect spot for a date nice or girls night. I highly recommend trying!

This spot has potential. It’s cozy and in a great location but I have not like the wines I’ve had.

We are living in an influencer driven world and it's a sad thing because the authenticity of any establishment is Is currently in a haze. Decided to give this place a shot, even after assessing the prior negative reviews, because Coconut Grove for many years has been my oasis. All I can say is for those who are thinking to try this place out for the first time, save your hard earned or easily acquired money and go elsewhere. I assure you that after your experience with the pompous staff, mediocre bites and price gouging on alder menu items that you would quickly realize that this place is not worth your time. I agree with what others have said that it appears that Magie is attempting to copy the business structure of Lagniappe, but has missed its mark. This is just another lousy new business to emerge in the terrible modernization of Coconut Grove. You're better off spending quality time with friends and family over a nice tasting $10 bottle of wine in any of the surrounding parks or home.
