Mc Donald’s is my to go always… can not go wrong with #9

DISGUSTING! they have employees sitting on the food counter where the food is being prepped and packaged. It took them 10 minutes to give me just a small fry because 4/5 of the employees was on their phone and chatting, and the other one was sitting on the counter zoned out.

They are getting so expensive. A mcdouble was raised to 6.00 Dollors. Just like that. Food taste never changed. But overall good place to eat.

Stopped to the establishment Le Juene and Sw 9 St. My food was fresh and hot and the Hi'C orange hit the spot. I haven't enjoyed McDonalds in a very long time.

The problem is that there’s no quality control in this location. The other problem is the lack of concern from management. The short manager has literally no concern with the fact that items are being shorted in the customers bags at drive-in if you go to get something out of a drive-in at this location make sure you sit there in park and make sure everything is in the bag, correct if you look at the reviews on this place, you’ll understand what I’m talking about. You shouldn’t have to drive away for 3 miles to find out that half your order is missing and then have to drive back because there’s nobody in the store in the first place to check the order

Got a code for an ice coffee put it on kiosks went to counter guy didn’t know what I was talking about but did ask an associate to put her finger somewhere in him know know wonder didn’t know what I was talking about just worried where the finger was going

I’ve had consistently poor experiences with the older woman working the drive-thru at this location. Her attitude is dismissive, her manners are rude, and she seems to go out of her way to make customers feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, this has been a shared experience among my friends and family in the Coral Gables area.
It’s disappointing to visit a business and leave feeling humiliated rather than valued. We’ve tried to give this place multiple chances, but her behavior has remained the same over time. As much as we used to enjoy this spot, we’ve decided not to return.

It's so dumb that McDonald's provides an app for your phone but if you go to most McDonald's in Miami they have no usable outlets I mean how do they properly clean their stores if their is no outlets in the dining room. I mean come on McDonald's even prisoners get to make phone calls what kind of regime do you think you are running down here. Now Dunkin donuts always has outlets even ones with USB ports other fast food giants take note their is a reason why Dunkin customers are the most loyal!
