This Mcdonald has come a long way since it reopened. I remember waiting 40 minute for my food and the staff not have an once of good customer service. Now it decent, and the most important part is that you aren't waiting a life time for your food.

I recently hit up McDonald's at 345 NE 2nd Ave, and it was awesome! The staff were super friendly and quick, making my coffee just right. Perfect start to the day! The vibe inside was chill. Love this place! 🍔☕️

The staff is friendly, but the orders usually have mistakes or are carelessly assembled (a bit of onions in an order that wouldn't have them). Also, other McDonald's food taste a little better (crispier fries, more flavorful burgers, etc.)
This is surprisingly welcoming and clean **for a downtown McDonald's**. It will have the usual issues that downtown McD's have, but it isn't a location I would avoid.
