It really seems to me that they should be more empathetic, the lady who served me today at McDonald's with yellow hair and light Cuban eyes told her that today was my birthday that if they gave a gift since I saw a video on the internet of free things What can you do on your birthday, one of them was McDonalds, the lady with a very bad attitude told me that they didn't give anything away, she couldn't even give me an explanation, it really made me feel quite bad because I went with the best attitude in the world, today It's a special day for me, but sad at the same time because most of my family is in another country, so on my birthday I try to do things that distract me... they say you shouldn't take things personally, but if you don't like your job and you don't costumer service may do well to quit and work on something where he won't be so unhappy.

I hope the management of this branch pays attention to what their drive-thru employees are saying that at 12 the drink machines (specifically hot drinks) turn off automatically. I assume they are interested in knowing that they are losing customers and at the same time income just because their employees do not want to do their job and lie to the customer as if the customer was stupid. Thank you.

Bought a #7 combo and a $5.00 deal requested for both meals to be bag separately, when I got to the pick up window they had bagged them together, the lady at the window said" it does not say you wanted them separately, I ll give you a bag, as I was separating them l noticed I was missing a cheeseburger, I told the lady and she said it could not be, she then proceeded to provide me reasons why I was wrong, she went to see the manager who asked for the receipt. They ended up giving me the cheeseburger with an attitude. Both made a big deal for a cheeseburger I was owed. Made me feel like I was trying to get a free burger, No apology given. Both employee and manager were very unprofessional. (For a damn cheese burger) very poor customer service.
