I don’t eat McDonald’s, but this is the first time I’ve had a cheeseburger in about three years and let me tell you the McDonald’s in Miami does not compare to any McDonald’s outside of the state of Florida. Good on you guys for making a juicy burger.

This place gets worse by day every time we go there it’s a problem with your order. They have people working there don’t understand you not in Spanish not in English I don’t know what language do I need to place my order in. When you complain to the manager she looks at you like if you are crazy this is horrible.

Where do you guys hire these people, I kindly repeated 3-4 times (PLAIN WITH CHEESE ONLY) on multiple sandwiches and I swear to Christ almighty….. you know what they did? Guess……. No …. Guess… they in FACT did not only put cheese but put everything they could find in the sandwiches. SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS PEOPLE….MY DOG CAN FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BETTER THAN THIS

I wanted to say that this particular employee which is a manager, and his name is Armando, all I can say is he is the definition of what a manager should be, compassionate about customer service and delivering his best at all times, not every time you come across people like him that goes above and beyond which such strong pride in his job duties. The moment I ordered my food to the moment he brought it to me; I was delivered with full service as if you were in a five-star restaurant. Shows you that managers like him do really exist and know how to treat their employees and their customers. I hope that he gets recognized for his outstanding service that he gives 100% all the time, we are all struggling in a world that is not so nice at times, but Armando brings positivity and genuine attitude to his job role. We often don't get appreciated for the way we are and sometimes it takes that certain person to come forward and put the spotlight on him and show that he is very valuable. Thank you whoever gave Armando the chance of being the manager there at that location because you picked the best candidate for that job role. He thrives above and beyond. I wish Armando the best of luck and hope he succeeds to General manager one day because he completely deserves that.

Always a quick stop for my kids for years (15 years to be precise). Every road trip begins with a Caramel Mocha Cafe and maybe a breakfast. This is one of the few McDonalds where I don’t feel like something is going to be missing from my order. Everything is always properly prepared and fresh.
Biggest MC Donalds in the world, sandwiches, pies, coffee, pizza, games, toys, there are 2 floors. Always full, but fast.
