I wanted to say that this particular employee which is a manager, and his name is Armando, all I can say is he is the definition of what a manager should be, compassionate about customer service and delivering his best at all times, not every time you come across people like him that goes above and beyond which such strong pride in his job duties. I don’t eat McDonald’s, but this is the first time I’ve had a cheeseburger in about three years and let me tell you the McDonald’s in Miami does not compare to any McDonald’s outside of the state of Florida. Good on you guys for making a juicy burger.
