This is the SLOWEST McDonald’s every like it’s ridiculous the line be out the parking lot but the food is always fresh
Most McDonald’s workers don’t have access to paid sick or family and medical leave. As a consumer and customer, I’m deeply concerned about the safety of workers, their families, and our communities. McDonald’s says it believes that Black Lives Matter, but by failing to give all workers access to paid leave, McDonald’s is forcing its Black and Brown workforce to choose between receiving a paycheck or risking their health during a global pandemic. McDonald’s employs more than 800,000 people, a majority of whom are women, Black, and Latinx people. By failing to give workers basic protections like paid sick and family leave during a global pandemic, it’s clear that McDonald’s doesn’t care about the lives of its Black workers and its solidarity statement was nothing more than a PR stunt.
