I don’t the lady at the window I can’t have regular sugar that I’m diabetic. That I want 2 Splenda and I ask her before she gave it to me I ask her if she put Splenda because I seen her put regular sugar. And she told me she didn’t. And the manager told her just give it to me. Sure enough it had regular sugar. Now I’m sick.

I drove over there because I ordered a happy meal for my 4yr old on uber eats and they forgot her French fries. I only did uber eats because I have the flu & my daughter asked for McDonald’s. I go to the drive thru because again I am sick and I don’t want to go in there and get my daughter out the car and all that, there was a nice young lady & two nice young men working the drive thru but one women from inside was yelling that “the drive thru is for paging customers” like I’m trying to steal a small fry and like I didn’t already pay for them plus delivery fees but didn’t get it. It was very unprofessional and rude and uncalled for when I drive out there sick because of their mistake in the first place. Horrible, horrible service!!

The drive thru is very slow 😔. My breakfast hash brown was cold. I order the sausage egg and cheese muffins. They do not know how to make sweet tea. When I order sweet tea I expect for it to be dark brown and a lot of sugar. It tastes old and it was not that sweet. Please do better in this establishment. Customer service is very important it's everything.

I ordered a Big Mac combo, meaning soda, fries, and a burger, plus a Mac Flurry. They delivered it to me without soda. When I complained, they said I had to pay an extra 5, for God's sake, as if I had never bought anything here. How disrespectful.
Night shift waits until 4:00 am to take a load off and sit down and not take any orders and won’t even walk to the window.

This has got to be the worse McDonalds, imagine messing up one order 3 times because they are so busy laughing and talking, managers no better than the regular employees no customer service at all, asked for a refund because I’m frustrated at this point because my order is messed up. I paid with card they came back to refund me in cash told the manager I wanted it back to my card she had a real nasty attitude. Still didn’t get the full refund on my card because they went a reprint a different receipt so the coffee wasn’t added. I rather the guys at the windows the ladies talk too much and don’t get orders correct. Sorry to say I won’t be coming back to this location this is distasteful customers are the reason you guys get paid.
