I just ordered my food and one of the employees at the register just slamed the sauces on the counter after I told her my name correctly while she was calling somebody different since she doesn’t speak the language. That is a problem of hiring non-bilingual staff and spoiled besides that. Totally disrespectful. Check the cameras. 6:25 pm, Nov 12th 2025.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience today was disappointing. The manager/supervisor on duty was unnecessarily rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question. You’d expect someone in a leadership role to set the standard for good customer service, but instead their attitude made the visit uncomfortable. If this is how the manager/supervisor treats customers, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for the staff as well.

Service was, as always, for me, excellent. No wait to be served, and I'm out in under 5 minutes. This says a lot when I do take out, and the drive-through tends to take priority at most fast-food locations. 👍🏽👍🏽
