This is literally the slowest McDonald's. Every time I come (maybe twice a year) it is ridiculous. Waited 20min in the drive thru with only one other car in the drive thru at the time. When I finally got to the window the food still wasn't ready and I had to go wait in a pickup spot.

The food was freshly made, tasted great and they were very fast. They completed additional favors like more ice without hesitation and the restaurant was clean. I reordered even another coffee to go.

i sat there patiently for 50 minutes waiting for my order i placed online. i mentioned several times i was waiting for my order. i politely asked for a refund, no one acknowledged me. i had to leave- i couldn’t wait any longer. i got ripped off, no food, no refund. what is my legal obligation to wait on food i paid for online? order cannot be cancelled or refunded & my time is worth nothing. i want to understand how mcdonald’s can legally steal my money?
