For so many years I have had ordered hotcakes with sausage and instead of getting sausage I substituted it for eggs. They always put a system special request and let the line know to put egg. for some reason according to them, they never did that at the exact store Any other McDonald’s will honor item switch if you don’t eat pork. The lady’s in the morning gave me attitude and I told them in a matter of a week you guys are now charging to switch items. Not cool at all.

No wonder this place has a 3.3 rating. It has one of the highest big mac indices in the country: a big mac costs $6.79!!! Where does a McDonalds burger cost $7 (with tax)? you ain't five guys. Plus, there are no refill machines. Oh, and to use the toilet you have to ask for a key from the cash register, and when I asked the cleaner who was literally there, she said the same thing, couldn't open it. First time I see that in McDonalds.

Stopped by this McDonald's a few times before. Its very clean, my Quarter Pounder Deluxe always tastes fresh. The placd is clean, fast service and tasty. I was kindly greeted by a Manager Diana as i walked in.. the small details matter.. now I'm finding my self writing a review here, only to note the great service. One of the best McDonald's to eat in.

Really don’t like McDonald’s after a DoorDash order arrived with missing nuggets and hair inside my burger, but I decided to try out this location. No DoorDash pick up option, so I tried to use their tech-screens to order but they were glitching. I decided to get a meal from the front cashier, $20 for a tripple cheese burger, large caramel frappe with 2 espresso shots and 10 piece McNuggets. Food looked small but tasty , no issues. Only 1 sauce provided. Facility was very clean , staff members were nice. At the end of the day when I threw my cup away, a big black item flushed down. But maybe someone put it in my drink while I walked away or wasn’t looking.

If I could give this location -5 stars, I would. The manager here repeatedly lies about orders. On one visit, I was told the food wasn’t there — only to find out later it had been given to someone else by mistake. On another, he again claimed the order didn’t exist, which was completely untrue.
This isn’t just incompetence — it’s dishonesty. He shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no moral compass. To make matters worse, he intentionally drags out the process — pretending to shuffle around by the fry area instead of coming to the pickup window. Even when you ring the doorbell, he’ll stall as long as possible before finally stomping over and slamming the window open just to show how annoyed he is. It’s not slow service — it’s deliberate disrespect.
McDonald’s corporate needs to step in and seriously evaluate who they’re putting in charge at this location. Customers deserve better than being lied to, ignored, and disrespected by a manager who refuses to take responsibility and acts like providing basic service is a burden.
Stay far away from this McDonald’s if you value accuracy, honesty, or basic respect.
I go to the McDonalds on 22nd and 36st I think the employees there are wonderful I usually go through the drive-through they are always nice to me I might have to wait a few minutes but that's ok there's always a smile waiting when my order is ready ty

I wish I could rated a big fat ZERO. THIS is the most horrific location . Not paying attention while taking guest's order. Confrontarional and argumentative. The girl with the stripped shirt is terrible as an assistant manager or whatever her role is. Never again am I setting foot at this location. If you as a customer like bad service, then go to the location on Biscayne BLVD AND 35 ST.
