Was terrible customer service the lady was nothing but rude to us at the window. Its not polite to roll your eyes when we ask for napkins. Also took 35 minutes to give me a simple ice cream cone. Im so disappointed. Especially receiving the rude attitude.

Drive thru review: This is my neighborhood McDs so have come here a lot of times.- Food will be cold or missing an ingredient- Before you leave the window ensure you have the sauces you asked for- Expect rude service when you tell them your missing something, I had a staff member walkaway from the window to plain ignore me, I patiently waited … time is ticking on their end, not mine. I paid for my food, I’m getting what I paid for.I literally do not drive off the window until checking my order is complete 9/10 it’s missing something

In the lady’s room you can find guys and making a mess. The food don’t deliver when you order “in here”, they will not give to you. You will get your food cold. So rude worker Veronica. No recommend.

March 29, I went through their drive thru, wanting to eat some spicy nuggets, it was a total disappointment, they gave me old, hard cold ones, the fries were cold, unfortunately it was late and there was a lot of traffic, I couldn't return to return them, I called the manager and Managers of this store in Biscayne who check the quality control of the food and their employees who do the right things who are professionals in what they do I will never return to that store nor recommend it
