Ok, I can't believe I'm reviewing a McDonald's, but this one deserves some credit, at least when I was there. I'm visiting from out of town, and decided to go through the drive thru on a busy Saturday night. Even though there was a line cars wrapped around the building, I was through the drive thru and eating my food in less than ten minutes. I haven't been in and out of a McDonald's drive thru that quickly in years.On top of that, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was hot, cooked properly, and they didn't mess up my order, they even confirmed everything before they handed me the bag. This is unheard of where I come from (Tampa/St. Pete). Back home you'll be stuck in the drive thru for 30+ minutes to get the wrong cold order, and the staff will treat you like garbage.This might be the best McDonald's I've ever been to.

I bought a McDonald's and they gave it to me without making everything frozen, I had to turn back so they could reheat it for me and they greeted me with a bad face after having made the purchase through the application. They didn't have the cards to receive, I spent half an hour waiting there. You can't buy anything it was barely 4 in the morning

Ordered a double filet. Received a single, returned and received the 2nd time wrong again... they say 3rd time is the charm ... wrong again, bread was hard as a rock. This whole staff needs to be retrained. Absolutely horrible service!!!

Literally they make sure your order is wrong. Custom orders totally ignored and they even put the custom lable on the item.Worst Mcd's in Miami. Ordered sandwhich with no pickles, got item labeled as such piled with pickles.

Beyond impressed with their customer service. Mrs Avon was so nice and so patient I felt like I was dreaming. Normally, they are in a rush, but the entire time, they were extremely professional.
