Excellent made-to-order sandwiches with clearly high quality ingredients and generous portions. The bread, especially the ciabatta, was exceptional. Well priced and of course set in a great little spot (citadel). Will be coming back...

China Max is quite possibly the only decent place to get any type of good Chinese food in pensacola.Mind you it's about a 20-30 minute drive just to get to the Mall so that should give you an idea on how much it's worth it.

I usually order sandwiches and salads from this place where fresh products are served. My favorite sandwich is the Ortolano made with zucchini and eggplant. Another of my favorite is the Parma with Parma procciutto and fresh mozzarella, yum! The staff is very nice as well.
