Old post: The staff working on Sunday, December 7th at 7 PM is totally TERRIBLE. One of them swept my shoes twice and asked us to move when we were serving the ice cream. The cashier was rude, her attitude very disrespectful. It was obvious they were in a bad mood with a very bad attitude and disposition.

I liked the banana pudding frozen yogurt! Probably the best single frozen yogurt flavor I ever tasted. It was a busy night and it was but crowded but overall the customer service was great, quick and efficient.

Waited 20 minutes in line because they were only accepting Zelle as payment for some reason, but decided not to let anyone know except when it was your turn to pay so it took everyone 5 minutes to pay. My fro yo was literally melted by the time I was able to pay.

I went to menchies this week and I had the best service from the guy in the front named Juan. Excellent service and very kind. 10/10
