Food from Miami spice menu was not amazing. Fish was hard and not tasty, prol was dry and the side didn't add favor in neither of the 2 dishes.

My friend & I went to Michael's Genuine for Miami Spice which turned out to be a disappointment. The Miami Spice menu at the restaurant that night was totally different from the one posted on the Miami Spice website (as well as the MS menu on the Michael's website). What I had planned on having for both an appetizer and main entre were not available. I ended up having the Cobia fish which was OK, but a bit salty and there was no side with it. (Any sides would have added to the $45 base price.) I might go back, but wouldn't be in a rush to do so. The ambiance overall was very pleasant.

Great experience, went for our 20th anniversary to have a nice dinner and that's exactly what it was, Tyler helped us, from his food recommendations, to the food everything was great. Food recommendations were excellent choices, we cleaned all our plates and dessert was literally icing on the cake to a great meal. Very welcoming, excellent evening, highly recommend.

$89 for the most basic NY strip. Ordered medium, it was served to us raw when we sliced. They re fired it and it came back sliced and a lot smaller. Sauce was broken extremely watery. Service was poor.

Food and service were both fabulous! We had visited years ago on a previous trip to Miami when they first opened - back when the Design District was just a few interior design firms and art galleries. Everything was just as good as it was way back then!
This has remained one of Miami's classic establishments always delivering delicious fresh food with friendly down to Earth service. I just missed the Panzanella salad but everything else makes up for it if you want a reliable restaurant experience that is consistent. I highly recommend Michaels for lunch or a casual dinner.
