Our first time at Michael's and we will likely be back. We sat outside during lunch. The service was very good, but the food was exceptional. The octopus was perhaps the most tender that I have ever eaten. The burette with figs and basil was outstanding. Simple dishes but using outstanding quality product and prepared with great care, originality and creativity.
we were there for my birthday. Somehow the reservation ended up for 2 instead of 3, which the Maitre D handled perfectly. We never had the chance to let anyone know we were there for a birthdya bc the server was absent most of the meal and didn't check-in with the table. Things started out great with a male server with purple hair. But then a table of 6 20-something men was seated and everything sort of went downhill. I think they were difficult. We ordered 2 apps and 2 mains...
Service is great, from the warm welcome from the host to the ambience to the dishes, an All around spot. Was lucky enough to be in the Miami Spice season, The menu was superb. 100% would recommend.
