“We went with a big group and ordered almost everything on the menu so we could sample. Everything was delicious! From the Polish beer to authentic dishes like borscht, goulash, shnitzel and of course pierogies were all so good. The service was impeccable and the ambiance cozy.“

“I had a wonderful dining experience at The Bistro. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, and without exaggeration, it is the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had in the United States. Having lived here for close to seven years, that says a lot.

The eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, the Canadian bacon was flavorful, and the dish was beautifully presented. It was served with a fresh side salad that was perfectly balanced and lightly dressed with a refreshing lemon dressing—simple, elegant, and delicious.

Our server, Diego, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience was excellent. His service elevated an already outstanding meal.
