Nikkei Miami offers an exceptional Peruvian dining experience. Highlights include the Chaufa rice with porkbelly, the delectable ceviches, and the Jalea Mixta - a flavorful fried seafood mix. This food truck is super recommended, with spectacular food that is all delicious. The lomo saltado is outstanding, with lots of flavor and texture, and is one of the best ever had. The pork buns are also great. All dishes are delicious, on point, fresh, freshly prepared, and have magnificent seasoning. The service is fast and wonderful, with fair and reasonable prices. There is good parking. Nikkei Miami's impressive service and mouthwatering dishes make it a must-visit destination in Miami.
