We have been going to this North Italia weekly since this location open, however yesterday we were extremely disappointed with the service from the MANAGER on duty, his name is Alejandro or Ale as they called him. Instead of solving a problem that we had with a dish, he spoke rudely and came asked us what do you want me to do. This was really unacceptable, we had some overseas guests that we brought for dinner over and were disappointed with it's service
Despite restaurant being mostly empty all dishes took forever to come out. When they finally came out they were cold. Requested eggs over easy, and they came hard. Hostess wearing a very short mini skirt & mustache, & beard felt uncomfortable, not necessarily out of judgment, but because they forced me into a parenting moment I didn't sign up for while just trying to enjoy a brunch in a family oriented venue. My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary with them yesterday. It was not on our plans but after failed attempts at two coral gables restaurants due to no reservations I remembered I wanted to go to North Italia a few months ago.
