Ordered the pancakes and waited for 30 whole minutes and still didn’t come out. this is ridiculous if it takes this long they should’ve told us - we were waiting for such a long time wondering what happened.

Obligatory 18% service charge for a restaurant you stand in line is crazy!

The food is good, but overpriced with an 18% auto-gratuity. I don’t expect that at a place where I have to wait in line and order at the counter, get my own water and pack my own to-go order. Two juices, an order of tacos, and avocado toast cost us $81. For that price, there are better options in Brickell.
Incredible service, great food and comforting vibe. A++

Well located and service is ok (you order your food at the counter and still pay a 18% mandatory service tip) but the food is low quality. We ordered the $16 molletes—-they were cold/still refrigerated in the middle, the cheese wasn’t melted all the way, and overall they just tasted a bit old. We’ve been here before and it used to be pretty good but I think the quality just got worse overtime unfortunately.

My wife and I shared the molletes. They were not great.
Also, we paid $40 dollars for two coffees and the shared plate which was disappointing.
Lastly, as we were paying we realized they automatically add a 18% service to your order, even though you order your food at the cashier. The only service is someone brings the food to the table.
Just not worth it.

I love their protein bowl especially with grilled salmon. It’s delicious! And the Miami Vibe smoothie!

Huevos condesa (without pepper): delicious, decent portion. Bacon tastes like beef slices. The beautiful pan, where it’s served, it’s not practical to eat from.
When I was eating and asked for water, they told to get from the bar. Have this in mind when you decide the tip.

I left this place genuinely disappointed and won't be coming back. I was expecting a solid taco spot--good flavors, quick service, and reasonable pricing--but the experience fell short on multiple levels.
First, the food was underwhelming. The tacos were poorly assembled, with uneven portions and ingredients that didn't taste fresh. The meat was dry and lacked seasoning, and the overall flavor was bland enough that it felt like it needed salsa or lime just to be passable. The tortillas also tasted stale and didn't have that warm, just-made texture you'd expect from a taco place. For the price, I expected something noticeably better.
Service didn't help. It felt disorganized and inattentive, and the staff seemed more focused on getting people through than making sure orders were correct or customers were taken care of. Even simple things--like checking in, refilling water, or clarifying an order--felt like too much to ask. The vibe was rushed and indifferent.
But the biggest issue was the billing. They charge a mandatory 18% gratuity, which was not clearly communicated upfront. It's one thing to tip for good service, but it's another to be forced into it--especially when the experience doesn't justify it. Mandatory gratuity should be prominently disclosed before ordering, not discovered when you're already at the register. The total ended up feeling inflated and left a bad taste after an already mediocre meal.
Overall, this place is overpriced for the quality, and the mandatory 18% gratuity makes it feel like you're paying extra regardless of how the experience goes. If they want customers to come back, they need to improve the food quality, tighten up service, and be transparent about pricing and fees.

The smoothies are very good, with a huge variety to choose from. The only downside was that some ingredients weren’t available, so I had to change my order twice.
The place is very beautifully decorated, which makes the overall experience even more enjoyable

No bueno. Ordered the chilaquiles. Got a plate of chips excessively drowned in acidic sauce. After about 2 minutes, it transformed into a cold soup of tortilla chips and salsa. Got the extra two stars because it came with a whole half of avocado that was good, also took like 10 minutes to whip it up. Either way, if you’re looking for good food, keep walking down the street.

First time at Ojo de Agua and I would definitely recommend it. Fresh, well-prepared food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Hands down the best chilaquiles in Miami — no doubt. I’ll definitely be back.
