I judge how clean the bathroom is as a major influence for rating. It says alot to me on how the establishment is run. And by the looks of it the restaurant is VERY WELL cared for. Most people order Pando Express to go. Since they close at 11 pm, it was one of the latest closing hours for Chinese in town. I got the hot wok shrimp, which was pleasantly spicy, but not tons of shrimp. You can pick your sides with the entree. It needed more shrimp for a higher review, but the service was fast abd friendly, and the food was hot.
