Good food but service people especially cashier talking way too long with customers , so i become impatient with her. This is not a place you do your socialization. Get your money and move on to the next customer. My time is not for you to waste is with your long conversation.

The rice and pasta lack a lot of flavor, the contours are very good, the chicken with mushrooms and the chicken tereyaki are tasty, the size of the portions and the prices are very good.

Manager Betty Perez is very unprofessional refuses to change my son food after he returns the bowl due to the food was no taste good she want to sell another protein she was rude and appear the staff was scares of her Betty Perez do not have customers skills please panda training is necessary for Mrs Perez don’t scare customers away.

Food was bad tasted spoiled rice was hard I took one bite and was disgusted when I asked the person serving the food if they could please change this food they called manager Betty Perez where she insisted that she will not change anything but upsell me some protein I explained that it was disgusting that I didn’t want the rice either long story short horrible service panda is a good spot I always go too but this particular one has bad management and from what I see in prior reviews it’s not the first time someone has an issue with miss betty Perez

Horrible, I don't understand why they take an online order if you arrive and it's not ready and you wait in line and it leaves faster than an online order made in more than half an hour. I think I won't visit this place again...
