Please let this serve as a warning for customers :This particular papa John’s customer service is very bad, I had to call their restaurant 6 times before finally getting a representative. They do not know how to speak to the customer and they are rushing you off the phone. If you don’t want to go to work then do not but do not hurt a business with your nasty and negative attitudes at your expense. If you know better do better. Good luck to the customers.
This paticular location is spearheaded by one of the most humble owners I have ever met. Despite having angry customers, a high influx of orders, delays on needed materials, He strives to provide the right customer service experience between him and his employees. Rob is the most kind, caring, dedicated manager I have ever met. He diligently took the time to fix a situation that was not even his fault due to the delay of certain pizza toppings. I am impressed with his dedication...
Ordered 3 times takeout here. The negative reviews are not true. Every time my food was ready on time (in 20 mins). The food is correct as I ordered. The food quality is good as usual, fresh chunky doughs, plenty of cheese and fresh toppings. The chicken wings are hot and in normal size plenty of meat( not like the “mini” size those sold in some other fast food places). I’d definitely order again.
