Not sure why anyone calls I always just order on the website and in 20 minutes it’s always ready. Any fool who calls and waits on a phone is just that a fool. Same goes for anyone just walking in like do you all hate hotspots that much. Just go to the website already get your order and move on without your drama and issues. 🤣
Went inside, the door played it's jiggle . Nobody would acknowledge me. After standing at the plexiglass glass for minutes I just left. The employees need to me more aware of their surroundings. This is bad for business. And most importantly, this is bad for their safety.
Please let this serve as a warning for customers :This particular papa John’s customer service is very bad, I had to call their restaurant 6 times before finally getting a representative. They do not know how to speak to the customer and they are rushing you off the phone. If you don’t want to go to work then do not but do not hurt a business with your nasty and negative attitudes at your expense. If you know better do better. Good luck to the customers.
