The worst customer service today Friday march 15 2024 @ 8 pm the young cashier guy took my order for a small pizza and had to pick up 20 Minutes later , when I get there was a young lady she was so lost with all the orders she handle a wrong order wait for 20 more minutes again she gave me the wrong order after waiting 1 hour she found my pizza underneath and was ready for a while papa John’s you have to train better your team ?

spoke to jose who said he was the manager. my order was already 20 min past the latest arrival time and his attitude was like it is what it is, deal with it. he didn't offer any type of resolution like hey $5off or sorry nothing. this has happened to me before last like a year ago and maybe it was with him i don't know. all i know is that this plasce is losing business with people like him that have an i don't care attitude. i ended up cancelling both of my orders and ordered from miller on uber eats, willing to pay more and prefer to let this place suffer economically. i hope they go out of business, this place is trash!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. It is absolutely frustrating to pay extra for cheese only to receive a less than adequate amount. At this point I am convinced they do this so you pay extra. This is not a $40 pizza and what’s worse is the customer service. How this company does not manage their quality control and remains in business is truly a mystery. It’s honestly not fair to spend this much to get this little.
I needed to place an order of 8 pizzas for my kid’s class and this location was the only one that was nice enough to take my order (needed a really early pick up of 10 am due to kid’s lunch). Manager was extremely nice and went above and beyond (think her name was Dayana), when I arrived pizzas were ready and team was super nice. Thank you guys! ??

We’ve been going to this location for years weekly, having young kids. The pizzas lately are lacking in ingredients, or the Extra Large are being made much smaller? Have complained 3 times, but we’re going to try another location, as the pizzas are not cheap. We know the actual price of a pizza, and can’t understand why quality is being compromised during difficult times! Recently visited and it has gotten worse….if that’s possible.
