Dirt poor customer service. They sent me the wrong order, and when I called, they never bothered to correct the order. After several attempts to contact them, I was just placed on hold and they would hang up the call.
spoke to jose who said he was the manager. my order was already 20 min past the latest arrival time and his attitude was like it is what it is, deal with it. he didn't offer any type of resolution like hey $5off or sorry nothing. this has happened to me before last like a year ago and maybe it was with him i don't know. all i know is that this plasce is losing business with people like him that have an i don't care attitude. i ended up cancelling both of my orders and ordered...read full review

The worst customer service today Friday march 15 2024 @ 8 pm the young cashier guy took my order for a small pizza and had to pick up 20 Minutes later , when I get there was a young lady she was so lost with all the orders she handle a wrong order wait for 20 more minutes again she gave me the wrong order after waiting 1 hour she found my pizza underneath and was ready for a while papa John’s you have to train better your team ?
