Routinely understaffed. Can’t blame the employees, they’re doing what they can. But whoever is managing this place. They ain’t managing. It shouldn’t take over an hour to deliver a pizza, it’s not Super Bowl Sunday, you’re not the only pizza place in town.

I just ordered the Alfredo cheese pizza and got this. Not sure what this mess is, but it’s definitely not the pizza I ordered. Tried to ask for a refund from the “manager” who couldn’t answer any of my questions without referring to his “general manager” who was too busy to speak with me. They said they wouldn’t refund my money, only give me the same pizza in its place. No thanks. I’m done with this Papa John’s. Quality and service have gone way down.

I ordered a 2 liter Pepsi, large pineapple pizza with garlic cheese crudt and cinnamon pull aparts. I never received my drink and my pizza was quite literally raw I couldnt even pull it apart to put it in the oven because of how bad it was. I called and the manager said he would send me back my drink just to never get it back. I’m disappointed.

Suggestion for manager would be to train their employees on basic common sense regarding cleanliness. I placed an order online and showed up to pick up. The blonde young girl at the front register dropped sauces I ordered on the floor where there is obviously a lot of foot traffic from employees working there. After dropping the sauces on the floor, she picked them up in front of me and was going to throw them in the box on top of the pizza to which I interrupted her and asked her not to do so for obvious reasons (I guess some people like to eat their food dirty, but I am not into dirty food, especially picked up off the floor). She completely ignored me, placed them in a bag while she was saying something under hear breath after I called her out on what she was going to do. Surprising to see such entitlement attitude and to do something like that right in front of a customer.
Everything has gotten expensive due to inflation and the fact that you get this kind of service, and these employees not caring that customers spend their hard earned money is disrespectful.
Definitely re-training on cleanliness and professional conduct is needed.

Orders must be checked at the door before the driver leaves, it is unacceptable for the pepper to come bitten and for them to tell you that it is split, the person in charge of the store is rude, he hung up the phone on me because I didn't want to listen the rudeness of sending a product biting by who knows who. NEVER LIKE THIS MISERABLE PLACE AGAIN!

Yesterday Tuesday August 6 we pass by for this shopping center and decide to eat some pizza the lady that was there that afternoon she was so nice and she prepared a delicious pizza that even today I’m enjoying. ???

I ordered 4 pizzas with extra cheese and extra pineapple, but I received fewer toppings than requested, as if I had asked for the opposite. This is unacceptable because I didn't get what I paid for. The service quality at this Papa John's is disappointing. I do not recommend this place. They need to replace the manager with someone who ensures a proper customer experience.
