There is usually a long wait. We were visiting on vacation and was not disappointed. Despite one of the hostess who was very rude. Our server was great and the food and ambiance was excellent.

They may not need another positive review, but here it is: if you want authentic Cuban food with waiters who will also most likely have an authentic thick accent and who may even help you discipline your malcreado child isn't polite then eat here. My 88 year-old Cuban American mother approves.

If yer a Cuban, you'll love this place. Not the cheapest place but not stupid expensive neither.

At Versailles, every bite is a journey to Cuba, and the best part? It's reasonably priced. The braised ox tail, flounder, ceviche, and cream brûlée were sublime, accompanied by the bold flavors of authentic Cuban coffee. Lissette's attentive service and Manager William's personalized recommendations made our experience truly memorable. With its vibrant ambiance, Versailles is a must-visit for anyone craving a taste of Havana without breaking the bank.

At 9 pm diner here was just getting started. Don't get me wrong, there's almost always a wait to be seated and the wait isn't generally too long as the restaurant is quite large inside. There's an outdoor bar if you are so inclined while you're waiting for your seat. The servers are friendly and helpful when ordering, happy to make suggestions if asked. As a party of 4, we were seated in the front section of the restaurant. The lime daiquiri we ordered was just a little bit too sour, probably not what we are used to, although loved the glass it was served in. The food didn't take long to arrive and it was a good thing as we were a tad hungry. I chose the mahi-mahi with plátanos maduros and yellow rice. The other's in my party chose arroz con pollo, grilled chicken breast with garlic and a while bean soup. The mahi-mahi was tasty, as was the rice although the plátanos were incredible, so sweet and tender. Our server was very friendly and parking was easy in their adjacent lot.

Exceeded my expectations! Frank at the outside bar made the BEST mojito I have ever had in my life! We received excellent service from Elizabeth and the food was absolutely delicious! Expect to spend some time there as it seems they're always crowded, but definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend!

The world's most famous Cuban restaurant since 1971 and it did not disappoint. So I used to come here when I was little with my grandfather, but it's been many many years. On a recent college tour visit in South Florida we made it a point to stop here for lunch. Although the place is large, we were seated quickly. Food was amazing and we ordered a little bit of everything. Honestly a little too much but it was too good to pass up. Ambiiance is old school ethnic restaurant good for a date, group or just a dinner place with friends or the family. Plenty of parking and very close to main parts of Calle Ocho.

Great authentic restaurant to try Cuban food! Cuban sandwich, empanadas, and drinks were delicious! I also got to try the cafe con leche which was amazing!

Pit stop on route to MIA to get more Cuban meal in. Always a wait and a bit touristy but well worth it. The steak was great quality and cooked to perfection. Moros y cristianos had so much flavor. Yucca was deliciously creamy.

Excellent food. Fast service. Fried pork and roast pork was excellent. Very good mojito.

Authentic Cuban coffee shop and restaurant. Very busy but since it's a huge facility the wait times are not too long. Food was very good and the service was decent. Will come back.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place earlier. I love everything about this place. The cortadito, the sandwiches, the croquettes, the feel.... Everything! It makes me feel like I am really in Miami whenever I break away from the other parts of the city and go down Calle ocho. Sure, it's touristy but it's still authentic as well.... If that makes sense.

If you'd like to get crappy food that's overrated and be overwhelmed by Trumpers with their flags and hats protesting in the parking lot. It's insane. Not the best Cuban food in Miami. And you'll wait an eternity just to get a mediocre sandwich.
