Love their bowls! Fresh ingredients and clean
The best coffee and the best chocolate cake!
Pinecrest Bakery on Red road, was nice and clean. The staff were really nice and professional. The guava and cheese pastelitos were really good(I would have enjoyed a bit more filling, but good nonetheless). The fresh squeezed oj was tdf! I'll be back.
The third time I come here and they get the order wrong , la tostada doesn’t even have butter and the croquettes are stale, old and sour. What is going on here.
The curly-haired shop assistant was very unprofessional. Of all the people who have treated me anywhere, she has been one of the worst. First, when I was at the checkout ready to place my order, he asked a person who arrived long after me if that person was going first, as if I was trying to sneak in. If I'm at the checkout, it's because it's my turn. Then he made the sandwiches of two people who arrived after me before mine. Incredible lack of respect and
0 common sense of this woman. To make matters worse, the Cuban Sandwich did not have pork, only ham and cheese.

It lasted for 10 minutes and the saleswoman never attended to me, she decided to attend to other people first and she said that I was talking on the phone, she decided to ignore me .

Great food and service!
I work at the University of Miami so the bakery is relatively close and on my way to work. I have had the pleasure of not only grabbing my much needed coffee in the mornings, but being able to order breakfast as well lunch from this Pinecrest location. The girls as well as the manager are ALWAYS sweet and attentive. The food ALWAYS fresh and made with love. I'm someone who loves ordering wraps and they are always patient and kind enough to create any kind of wrap that I ask for.
From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is nothing short of perfect. They're always attentive, friendly, and truly care about the needs of their customers, especially their regulars.
Aside from the delicious pastelitos and comfort food, one of the best parts about this franchise is its family-oriented environment. The staff is small but close like a family and as such treat their customers as they would treat their own families.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food, exceptional customer service, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Nice please, good coffee, disappointing food. Worst empanadas ever. I ordered ham and cheese, and spinach. The ham and cheese was just hollow dough with a roll of ham inside.
The spinach looked better but tasted worse.
