I had a small issue with my order, but the manager at this Pizza Hut went above and beyond to make it right. Even with my kids being a bit loud (they were excited for pizza!), the staff remained patient, kind, and professional. The manager personally came over, listened to my concern, and resolved everything quickly and with a smile.
The food was hot, fresh, and delicious as always—and the customer service truly made the whole experience stand out. Thank you for turning a potentially stressful situation into a great time for me and my family!“

“Came for a pickup. Don't know why the place has so many low reviews, I mean at the end of the day it's a pick up spot, but who knows.
I swung in like I owned the place, took a second to review menu only to realize it didn't matter, their system records everything like someone's mother. So I slid up to counter. Medium pan pizza with green peppers and some bread sticks to go. Lady looked up a coupon for me (I didn't ask but fully appreciated it) got one applied and paid. Bam.
15 minutes wait time. Smoked outside, drank water and penned this review. The service was friendly and fast, and the food is on spot. So why so many reviews going the other way?
Maybe it's because people have bad manners and are rude themselves. Perhaps? In this life, something the older generation gets (Generation W, X and some of Y) is that you have to give respect to get respect. It isn't a thing to me to walk in on someone who's works standing, has been there hours doing their job, and demand to have my rear kissed. I didn't grow up with smart phones, social media or anything else. We read books, drove with maps and treated people like human beings. It works for me about 99.9 % of the time.
Just my opinion. Check the place out. It's pizza we remember at a price that doesn't shatter the bank.“
“Been a customer here for countless years now and they've always done a great job with the food that they deliver. When you come to pick-up they do well. When you have it delivered home they also do well. Good price. Good hygiene. Only real suggestion I'd give is to expand the place so people could have the option to dine-in.“

Parking: There is a +-20 free spot parking lot for the 3-4 businesses. Never had issues parking.“

“I called the wrong Pizza Hut to place my order, even though I double checked with the person who answered. Anyway, when I got there to pick it up, the food wasn’t ready. The people there were so nice that they told me to go ahead and just place another order. They had the food ready for me lickety split without me having to wait a long time. They were friendly and understanding. The store was clean and the people are nice enough that they listen to you and take your order in either Spanish or English, and don’t shame you for speaking English like some places on Calle Ocho tend to do!!“

“I ordered on line on 01/012/2025 around 5:00 pm Big Dinner Box with 3 pizzas and I was waiting for my order inside the store for more than 45 minutes,I complained twice and after waiting they then made my order. I think they should improve the service in that store.“
