I had a small issue with my order, but the manager at this Pizza Hut went above and beyond to make it right. Even with my kids being a bit loud (they were excited for pizza!), the staff remained patient, kind, and professional. The manager personally came over, listened to my concern, and resolved everything quickly and with a smile.

“Order a Ham and pineapple pizza with cheese in the crust and it was perfect. The page said it will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I was there for carryout 20 minutes after and the order was ready. The pizza was perfect and the cashier was nice.“

Parking: There is a +-20 free spot parking lot for the 3-4 businesses. Never had issues parking.“

Once we got to the counter as it was our turn. I had done some looking around the restaurant and it was in clean condition and lit enough and It seemed like a good atmosphere.

“We ordered two medium pizzas, one cheese and mushroom and one pepperoni and sausage. Both pizzas were OK however they were a bit dry to the taste. After drizzling them with olive oil, they tasted excellent. also seasoned with allspice had a pretty good meal. Thanks again RobertB954“

“This Pizza Hut definitely deserves a higher rating than a 3.2 I would give them a 4 star rating I normally don’t do ratings but when I do them I get a lot of google views. I’m not gone lie I really like this Pizza Hut , even though it’s in “Miami Gardens” every time I go there my food is Fresh! the store is nice and clean and the people who work there are always nice i never encountered a rude employee there . “I called the wrong Pizza Hut to place my order, even though I double checked with the person who answered. Anyway, when I got there to pick it up, the food wasn’t ready. The people there were so nice that they told me to go ahead and just place another order. They had the food ready for me lickety split without me having to wait a long time. They were friendly and understanding. The store was clean and the people are nice enough that they listen to you and take your order in either Spanish or English, and don’t shame you for speaking English like some places on Calle Ocho tend to do!!“
