Made an order online and paid for my order I had a coupon on my order that essentially made my pizzas buy one get one free. When i went to the location to pick it up they tell me there’s still a balance to be paid. I explained that I already paid my order and the manager said that sometimes online lets you pay an order partially. (It does not) we even tried to reorder in front of her to show her that it doesn’t allow you to partially pay but she didn’t car. She insisted on just refunding and us rebuying only one pizza essentially rendering my coupon useless. This place sucks and lacks customer service skills as well as problem solving skills….

Nice and hot pizza, amazing wings (we tried BBQ and Buffalo mild), breads ticks, cheese sticks and pasta Alfredo with chicken. Everything amazing. Most pizza Hut locations really need to teach employees what customers service should be. But I've noticed that because of certain business with undedicated staff not all pizza Hut are the same. Melissa Pino and Luis Pena they gave me for the 1st time ever. The satisfaction of me opening my meal and being fresh and Hut. They make a difference and that's what the Hut should be all about. Great energy and attitude WOW I'm definitely returning and making this Pizza Hut my main store to go to. Thank you guys

Had to call 6 times for them to pick up. The order was late for over 30 mins and their answer was that I shouldn't have used the app because the timer is not accurate. Pizza was cold, of course, as well as the breadsticks. Soda was hot, it was probably taken from a non refrigerated cage instead of a fridge. It's Saturday, December 28, 2024, 8:02pm.

Placed my order online, went in 20 mins later to pick it up and they never even started my order. They claim to have forgotten to start it. I cancelled and went home.

In this place today, October 2, 2024, I placed an order from the app for delivery for 46 dollars, which I was supposed to receive at 3:15 in the afternoon. According to her, the person responsible for the store was very unprofessional and almost bulgar 4:00 pm, my order was never arrived and her response after speaking with her on more than four occasions is that she cannot return the money only give a credit for a future order and that professional who told me my name called me by another name more than four times each time He was referring to me. In thirty years in this great country, Jamaz had felt so much vulgarity in someone without any customer services that it's a shame that people like that work in a public place, they would have to stay in their place of origin. What a shame they can't value a client.

While staying at the Marriott Coconut Grove, I ordered pizza and wings from this location. I spoke with Luis on the phone. He immediately told me what the specials were and was very, very patient, as I asked questions and changed my order several times. The pizza was amazing. It was one of the best that I have ever had. The crust was perfection. The ingredients were fresh. The wings were plump and juicy and cooked to perfection, as well. If you’re staying in the vicinity, just know that you can receive delivery from Pizza Hut and you can expect good quality pizza, and wings

I ordered a pizza with ham, pepperoni and extra cheese. It came with a piece of small ham in each slice one pepperoni on each slice and no extra cheese. The pizza was cold and I live 3 minutes away. The bread sticks were cold and was stale. The sauce for the bread was half way full. I’m very disappointed with this place . Not the quality of PIZZAHUT it should have been I will never come here again!
