Well, I just ordered pizza here for the first time, let's see when it arrives, and now I just realized that they charged me for the pizza 3 times, my God, what a lack of respect and I still call, they hang up on me, I'm going to sue them for being shameless

would not recommend this place. they wouldnt deliver my pizza to new york?? I really dont understand why the employes didnt have chicken as a topping.. most stupid place ever. i tried to buy it with my currency, bomboclat coins. unless you want them to get your order wrong dont come here.

Sadly, customer service left a lot to be desired. I ordered a large chicken pizza and two 2 liter bottles of Pepsi. Delivery driver first tried to tell me I had not ordered any Pepsi, then said they had given him only 1 bottle and he would bring me the other. I trusted him and paid $25.00 for the $22.08 ordered (I included a tip.) I also called restaurant immediately and was assured they would send the missing Pepsi. After an hour I called again to check on status, and after I identified myself the call was dropped.I like Pizza Hut. I enjoyed the pizza. But I did not receive what I paid for, and that turned me off from ordering from pizza hut again.The order was at about 7:25 pm, 09-14-2023, from store at 33 Ave and coral way, Miami, Florida 33134. It was delivered at approximately 7:55 pm with the missing Pepsi.
Driver stole my money. Manager hung up on me. Corporate doesn’t care. Worst Pizza Hut ever!!!!

Can't even contact pizza hut through app to complain about my pizza being 30 mins late and the store empty. Workers in the back chit chatting. Manager lies to me about my order when obviously they were too busy talking in the back. Then I see her send someone to make the order from scratch...

Called to place my order was hung up on. Used the app to order for delivery. It was made for takeout. Tried to call the resturant. Couldn’t reach anyone. Paid for food that sat there and I never was able to get or speak to anyone about

Each time I order from here, I am always hesitant. After my last experience on March 17, 2023, I doubt I will ever order from this store again. Terrible service with a late delivery and cold which I had to throw out. Ordered at 9:16 pm and delivered at 10:38 pm. At about 40-45 min. after placing the order, the system recognized my order had been delivered when it was not. Given that this store was ordered shut in August of 2022 for violations, I don't know what I was thinking in giving them a shot. Be wary! I have reached corporate for a refund, lets see how that pans out. I will update this posting/review referencing a reimbursement if I see it is actually taken care of. My order total all in was $26.53 for one large pie and delivery address is roughly a 5-7 min drive.
