I made a mistake and ordered the standard Pokie Dokie on uber eats. It was the saltiest tuna fish I have ever eaten. I couldn’t even finish the bowl. I got a lot of toppings but wow it was way too much ginger. Honestly the worst poke bowl I ever had. The flavors weren’t enjoyable and the neither was the rice.
I’ll give them another try and go in person to watch them make my bowl and definitely ask for less sauce as it ruined the salt level completely.
Gave 3 stars as it was a good quantity for $19.

The food is fresh and delicious. The eating area is clean. You order at the counter or at the kiosk, pick up at the counter. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't know the English word for all of the ingredient options, which made it difficult to order when the kiosk wasn't working. I don't expect fluent English here, just enough to understand small, brown rice, salmon, plantains.

It's the second time I've gotten sick from this pocket ball; it seems the raw fish was either improperly handled or served at the wrong temperature. I'm still trying to recover today.

Food is terrible- don’t get fooled by any reviews. It is not fresh not tasty. The chicken is disgusting and barely edible. From a Poke place you expect freshness and this experience was the opposite.

So incredibly upset that for a local and constant customer, twice now recently they have closed 20 minutes before their store hour closing time. I walk in at 9:11 and their words are “we’re closed all the food is packed” as I respond but you guys don’t g close for another 20 minutes..it’s disappointing when you’re rushing to make it with time and this happens.
Other than that I feel like you won’t get a better poke bowl anywhere else. We’ve been coming here for years. Only recently their employees have either been very off putting or rushing to leave.

It’s very disappointing how the service has depreciated here. My husband and I used to come often and honestly after this experience we don’t think we’ll come back. For starters when we were picking toppings for our bowl, the guy of Asian background working that night was just throwing the toppings in and making a mess in our bowls. When my husband asked for tomatoes he was scraping the bottle of the container and when asked to get new ones he went to the back and came back laughing saying there’s no more meanwhile as we sat and ate he refilled the container. There is also a blonde Spanish lady that works there that always gives us attitude and is extremely rude. She makes it uncomfortable to come in and she’s on her phone 24-7 while working. She makes it feel like a favor to serve us, this place has gone downhill over the last several years. The food is great but terrible service and staff
Horrible experience I was ordering my food and the manager there called me crazy for asking for a sauce that I saw they had but it was not on the menu I said I’ll pay extra for it but she instead fought with me on it and called me crazy

It’s pretty good poke! I come here whenever i’m craving poke and it does the job! I will say depending on who makes your bowl sometimes they just throw all the toppings on and makes it a little unenjoyable. Overall fresh fish and good poke!

For a different fast food it is very good, there is a combination of Tuna, Salmon, with rice and vegetables all in a bowl, maybe it is not so economical but I think it is worth it
