I have been a good customer to the one on 115 Ave and Kendall. No more.The food and customer service at the window is horrible. They dont honor the Pollo Tropical specials advertised which are texted. Always an excuse. Usually, the chicken is dry and small portioned, and when you say something at the window then you get an overdone one. The attendants are not friendly and the Manager nor Corporate will face the customer re the issues.
