I'm allergic to wheat wich means I can't eat bread so i ask them not to put bread but they still put it then we ask them again and they do the same dumb mistake then we ask them again and they start getting mad at us just for asking for no bread. I would look into suing.

They are unpleasant people with a bad face and mistreatment of customers. I went a second time today and I had to leave because the lady who served me at night did not understand my request. First I was ordering 1/4 entree grilled chicken and She wanted me to order beans with them. He didn't want to understand or attend to me and I left and yesterday they sold me some charred shrimp! IM not coming back anymore

Great service from Luis. I hadn’t been in a pollo in a while so Luis assisted me navigating the menu and helping me choose exactly what I was looking for, great guy! Food was yummy, restaurant was clean and ambience music was just what I needed to enjoy my meal.

Very bad experience, I placed an order online, I went to pick it up at the drive thru and they gave me the bag with the food. I moved my car to a parking lot to check my order. I saw that the apple juice and the girl's cookie were missing. I returned it again for the drive thru, I asked for a mature order and told the guy who served me that I was missing the girl's juice and cookie and when I moved the cart I heard him say “liar.” I got to the window and there was him and another boy, I asked him which of them had called me a liar...what a horrible lack of respect I told him to take care of his job... I don't recommend this tropical chicken to anyone ??????
