It doesnt fail. Every other time I order from their pull up windowsthey dont give me a complete order. If I dont check the order and tell them I end up getting home and finding out they forgot to include the paid item!!!! Its ridiculous that they fail to do such a simple task and steal from me. I dont live around the corner and its not easy to drive back when the family is waiting at home to eat.
