I wasn’t really having the best day, but I stopped by Pollo Tropical to get my daughter’s favorite meal. The staff was exceptional, especially Vee!
She went above and beyond to accommodate my vegetarian needs by preparing the Chicken Caesar Wrap without chicken. She was also kind enough to ask if I wanted any additional toppings, like tomatoes. Once everything was prepared, she even asked if I wanted an extra Caesar dressing to take with me.

Clean place . Good food at reasonable price
First dirty floor and counter does not clean right away. Food missing items in order that was paid for. Customer service poor. Lots of improvement needed.
