Had an amazing experience at Pollo Tropical last night! We arrived pretty late, expecting things to be winding down, but the manager fidelina greeted us with a smile and top-tier hospitality. Even that late, the food was fresh and flavorful—no corners cut. The place was spotless, and the music created such a chill and enjoyable mood. Really impressive service and quality for that time of night. Highly recommend!

We arrived at Pollo Tropical around 11 PM, not expecting much since it was so late—but we were pleasantly surprised! The manager Fidelina greeted us warmly and made us feel truly welcome, which really stood out. Despite the late hour, the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful—like it had just been made to order. The best part about coming to this Pollo Tropical in the afternoon is the drive-thru experience—especially when Liliam is there to greet me with a smile. Her positive attitude always brightens my day, even though she’s working under the sun. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. She’s an outstanding employee, and we definitely need more like her!
