Drive thru order, they're speeding up things doing the Chick-fil-A order ahead with a person instead of talking to a machine.
Food has always been good, not fantastic but enjoyable. Convenience was my motive this time.

Just another Pollo Tropical restaurant. Still the chicken is really good, the yuquitas are good, also the black beans and white rice, as well as the yellow curry sauce. I did drive thru and apparently the lady taking the order was in a rush or sounded like it; even though I did not have a car behind me.

For a fast food restaurant is usually decent. But they seem to make mistakes every time I do the drive thru. And their answer is that they are very “swamp” but then why do I have to pay full price for something I didn’t want or I didn’t receive because they were so busy that they forgot to add it in the bag. Just frustrating.
