I would say if you don’t speak the language don’t come here but that is all of miami area so get used to it.
Good food and good portion sizes. Hand cut French fries or they looked like they were… steak fries with skin on. Chicken sandwich grilled is a good portion size. A little dry but still delicious. No smiling faces here but maybe that’s because I only speak English with an accent. Who knows. I smiled but they did not smile back. Food not very hot though....

I frequently visit the Pollo Tropical located at Kendall and 115th Avenue, and overall, the service is excellent, especially when placing a mobile order. The staff really pays attention to the instructions, ensuring everything is exactly as requested. Maria, in particular, stands out—she consistently follows up on orders with care and attention to detail.

However, I’d like to see more consistency when it comes to picking up mobile orders through the drive-through....

Pollo Tropical located on SW 88 street, kendall drive near 117th. The fried yuca and green plantains needs improvement. My plantains were very bad it tasted it was made for hours they put them in a warmer it was bad as well as the fried yuca too. The chicken did not have any taste at all it was dry.

Vegetarian options: You should have vegetarian options on your menu.
