One of the best pollos I have been in. I placed an order online to pick up at 1218pm. My food was ready before 1218, and everything was fresh and accurate. Nothing was missing. Also, the customer service was amazing as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a lady with blond hair and a smile. The young guy at the front immediately asked for my name and looked for my order. To top it off, the store looks very well maintained and clean. I will definitely choose this pollo store from now on. Kuddos and a well-done job at this store.

Found hair in my food rude manager and ended up not getting refund becareful here tried to give more food instead of a refund . Very unclean kitchen. Staff not wearing gloves or hair nets like a third world country food on the floor in the prep area .

I'm stopping by to ask, since when did Pollo Tropical change their soup recipe? Today I was shocked when I ordered the chicken soup and my admiration was seeing that the chicken they put in it now is leftover chicken. Gentlemen, the boiled chicken is very different in color, texture and flavor from putting pieces of chicken in it that That's grill ?, a shame.
EDIT: after 2 years I came back to this place. Another bad experience, came to review and found the same rating I was going to give

The hands of the chef that currently works at this particular Pollo Tropical have been kissed by God. The taste and quality of the food by far out performs most non-fast food restaurants in South Florida. There are times when the food is made ready so fast, my number would be called and I haven’t yet gotten the chance to look at my receipt. There are no words to describe the satisfaction that I feel upon eating at this restaurant. The food is actually S-tier when taking into consideration not only the taste, but the low price and the speed at which it is produced.
